Great AC, unfortunate about thermostat.
August 12, 2025Our new Lennox AC works fantastic, quieter than our last unit, all around a better unit than our last unit, which was 18 years old. Only issue we had is the Lennox thermostat included with our AC unit would not control the AC, fan would operate but not turn on the cooling. Installer had to return and replace with a basic thermostat. Disappointed as I would have liked the ability to control the thermostat when away from home.
