May 16, 2026So far the furnace is great although the thermostat might have some issues. It is not that accurate. When temperature is set to come on a 21.5C it sometimes doesn't come on until it drops to 20.5C or 20C. When the furnace does come on the thermostat will show that it is 19C in the house. Yesterday it was the opposite. The thermostat was set to 20C, it was 21C in the house and the furnace came on. The furnace itself is great. I replaced a Lennox furnace that was so old no one could determine what year it was made. It was a bit of a spitfire when it fired up. In the coldest month (Prince George, British Columbia) the heating bill has dropped by almost half. The air blowing through the vents is loud but I don't think there is anything you can do about that. Definitely pleased with the purchase.

not impressed
May 15, 2026It runs more frequently than my old model but for shorter periods of time. My light bill is approximately $20.00 higher than the same time frame last year. So far, I'm not impressed and would not recommend this to any of my friends. Time will tell if this was a good purchase.
