Conventional
furnaces are either off or on. But the EL296E can output heat at two different
intensities, allowing it to fine-tune your comfort and your energy use in
perfect balance.

EL296E also has the power to make your home feel better during summer months.
By operating at its lower speed, air spends more time in contact with the
outside coil, the cooling engine of your air-conditioning unit. This helps
reduce moisture levels inside your home to enhance your comfort.

Annoying Noise
December 27, 2020We just moved into our new home, 3800 sf luxury home and the Lennox air and heating is working great but when the gas furnace runs, it makes a loud annoying cherping/squeaking sound and the installer says it's normal?

old furnace never heated properly. they assurd me theirs would and i trusted dealers word. i have utmost respect for dealer and installers as they did outstand work and cleaned up real good when done. they took time to explain all operation of unit when done.

This furnace does not meet the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 1111 NOx emission limit (14 ng/J) and cannot be installed in the SCAQMD.
If installed in San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD) only: This furnace does not meet the SJVAPCD Rule 4905 NOx emission limit (14 ng/J), and thus is subject to a mitigation fee of up to $450.
Proper sizing and installation of equipment is critical to achieve optimal performance. Split system air conditioners and heat pumps (excluding ductless systems) must be matched with appropriate coil components to meet ENERGY STAR criteria.
