Unauthorized Lennox Dealer in Hawaii?
December 15, 2025I purchased my split A/C through the vendor "Island Comfort" who has a kiosk in Home Depot and Costco. I had a remote sensor go bad and called Island Comfort for warranty repair. They said Lennox does not support them on warranty issues and I would have to buy an annual service plan for $500. Is this true? The Lennox web page shows that the only authorized retailer in Hawaii is COSCO. Is Island Comfort not authorized to sell Lennox? Should I Better Business Bureau to report fraudulent activity?
