September 12, 2026We purchased our new Lennox furnace and AC/Heat Pump to replace and existing furnace and AC. I used to work for a Utility company and at that time Heat Pumps were coming into to market but they weren't big enough to handle our climate so when the sales person suggested a heat pump I turned it down. He insisted that they have come a long way and that the furnace and heat pump would work together to give us the most efficient outcome. So we purchased it. It has only been in about 3 weeks but since then we have moved from summer to fall. Our house stays comfortable all day and night. Normally our furnace would be kicking on a few times this season but it hasn't turned on yet allowing the heat pump to do the cooling in the day and the heating at night. This is the most comfortable we have ever been in our home. I am definitely sold on the product. Lennox has always had a good name so I'm more at ease knowing that we have a reliable product installed.
