Cools well, but sweats a lot
July 17, 2026It cools off the house as expected, but it’s been an uphill battle to get the air handler to stop sweating. I had the install company out several times and their responses varied from not knowing what’s causing it, all the way to saying the air handler is SUPPOSED to sweat some, so it shouldn’t be a problem (even though it’s sweating so much that I have standing water at the base of the air handler, ruining the wood finish that it’s sitting on. Highly annoyed with that aspect, but at least it cools well.
