Short warranty period
August 28, 2024The equipment seems fine so far. This is new construction home and we were not left any paperwork on this air handler or a/c unit. We assumed that the warranty was filled out by the installing company but when we called to have the unit serviced we found out that it was not. We were prompt and professional but the lack of commiication regarding the warranty registration has caused to get a 5 year parts warranty instead of 10 year

i like my unit but the thermostat went out with in the first two days kept my house nice and cold thermostat was replaced with cheaper unit it works but it sure isnt as nice as the one that came with the unit not happy with it plus i would like to hear more about the tax credits no one told me about

Works great but LOUD
August 07, 2024We purchased this unit to replace our 2nd floor system. At the time, I just wanted to replace the system since our original unit broke in August 2023. Did not think that I probably should have upgraded a level but have been pleasantly surprised. The unit does a good job of keeping the 2nd floor at the temperature we set. The only issue I have is that the unit is loud when the compressor kicks in. Other than than that, I can't complain.
