July 30, 2026My evaporator coil recently failed, and fortunately the part was covered under the 5-year warranty. However, I was disappointed that Lennox could not help with the extended 7-year warranty because I forgot to register the product after purchasing my home. I had heard of others receiving assistance in similar situations, so I was hoping for a little more flexibility and support. While the part was covered, I still had to pay for labor. Overall, the product has been good, and I hope Lennox can consider being more flexible for customers in situations like mine.

Defective product with leaking coil
July 27, 2026This model has been having problems as it is unable to handle two splits in the house with 3100 sq ft. This was installed in March 2024 and already have a leaking coil.
