Install new AC unit
July 28, 2026We had an initial problem with the unit shutting down. After a couple of visits by technician, it was discovered that the condensation line was installed improperly and did not drain properly, therefore unit would shut down. It has been working fine the last few weeks. Keeping our fingers crossed. Thank You

LENNOX EL16KC1
July 28, 2026The unit was a little smaller than I anticipated for the size of my home; but seems to run very quiet and efficient sending adequate airflow. The setting of 72 degrees is somewhat borderline in comfort on some days when faced with very hot and humid weather, but 70 degrees cools down my lower floor quite nicely. I hope the newer refrigerant is available if needed in the future for inspection/charging purposes.
