ML196E Gas Furnace
Is your installer telling you everything ?
February 10, 2026One year after installation everything seems to be working smoothly. I do not know how forth right the installer was in letting us know if we received the same quality of furnace as our previous one ( 9 years old ). Our previous furnace was destroyed in a flood. The warranty was not cited on the furnace instruction papers and I had a difficult time finding out but did once we did the registration. Also, we registered the furnace a year later finding out that was too late for additional warranty... very poor communications with installer.
