Seems great
March 24, 2026We’ve had it for about 6 weeks now and it is working very well. Our gas usage has plummeted and our electric increase is usage seems less than the gas savings. My only complaint, a small one, is I wish the thermostat has more than four time programs.

Adequate heat, great air conditioning
March 24, 2026The system blows like a hurricane when heating up but then calms down after a long while when maintaining temperature. The A/C mode works well. It is difficult to tell when the auxiliary/ emergency heat is running or it’s the heat pump. The S40 thermostat displays contradictory info as to what mode the system is in, compared to the Lennox app. Sometimes it indicates it is in some temperature lockout (thus running the aux heat) despite the outside temperature being well above the minimum set point temperature for this. Also you can’t tell the run time hours of any mode.
