February 27, 2026We have two Lennox HVAC units. One of which has been working perfectly in the two and a half years we've had them. The second one has been a problem since the day we moved into the house. For most of the time it's been working in less than 15 minutes, stopped and then restarted. We've had the company come and check it out almost monthly during this time, and it is finally almost starting to work the way it's supposed too. This includes having the return pipe opened more, as it was apparently improperly installed and the motor replaced due to issues. Now it doesn't cut out, but the amount of heat coming through the vents is much less than before. We are coming onto AC season and are hopeful it will continue to work in this fashion.

November 10, 2025We are loving our new Lennox HVAC unit. My old unit was 26 years old and very noisy this new unit you don’t even know that it is running that’s how quiet it is.
