Factory Defective Control Board
March 08, 2026This unit came with a factory defective control board. The fan blades would not spin. It took 10 days of back and forth with the HVAC company to come up with an idea on how to replace it. This model is brand new so spare parts don't exist yet. The HVAC company had to buy another heat pump and cannibalize the control board. So far, not super impressed. It's been four days since the fix now and I guess it works? I'm still not sure. Summer will be the real test.
