New HVAC units and thermostats.
July 27, 2026We recently had to replace two Lennox HVAC systems which both failed after twenty-three years of service. We chose to have Landes HVAC from Harrisonburg, VA handle the sale and the installation as they were the people who installed the original equipment and who have been servicing both of the units. So far, the units are working wonderfully. You never even know if they are on because of how quiet they are. Lennox installers, all young men, did an absolutely great job and we couldn't have asked for better service. The only problem we had was understanding how to use or set up the new thermostats that came with the unit. The only pitfall with Lennox is the fact that they do not supply written hard copies of owner's manuals for their units and for their thermostats. Not all of us have or use "smart phones"!
