LRP13HPK Packaged Heat Pump
Our New Lennox Two And A Half Ton Heat Pump
March 11, 2026Dear Lennox, So far our new Lennox Heat Pump has been working very well. Although because of the moderately warm temperatures we've been having, so far we've only needed the heating mode. After the temperature gets hot, as it always does here in Phoenix in summertime, we'll be able to put the cooling mode to the test. Because the unit is located on the roof directly over our master bedroom, I've noticed a slight pulsating motor noise when lying in bed at night. This wouldn't be noticeable if it were constant. However, because it pulsates moderately at approximately once every one or two seconds, it becomes slightly annoying. This is only a slight problem and wouldn't be worth mentioning, but since you asked I thought I would mention it. Thank you for asking.
