First impression is good...will it last?
April 20, 2026I have had Lennox products before and they worked out well. I trust the company that sold the ac unit to me and installed it; I have used them for yearly service and a few repairs over the years. I am hopeful that this will be a good purchase. That all said, I have been reading a lot about the corners companies are cutting so that their product does well until the warranty expires and then the product begins to fail prematurely. 'Planned obsolesence.' I think that this has become the norm in all products any more. Companies are all about maximizing profit and making the shareholders happy. I truly hope that I will not have that experience with my new Lennox ac unit. Time will tell...I am wary.
