Major Disappointment
November 15, 2025Heat pump serious quality assurance issues. After 5 months of operations, coils need to be replaced. This is my third unit. The first unit (General Electric) never replaced coils after 17 years of use. The second unit (Amanda) never replaced coils after 21 years of use. New unit minor tweaks and adjustments are accepted but to replace a heat pump vital component is unacceptable despite warranty coverage.
