Based on a similar issue that was resolved in the past, to restart your m30 thermostat, you need to navigate to the advanced settings on the thermostat and select restart. from the technical document titled 'how to factory default m30 stats (dealer only)', the steps to restart the thermostat are as follows: press on the settings button in the upper right corner. select the settings option. scroll the screen down and select the advanced settings to continue. when this warning appears, select proceed to continue to advanced settings. scroll the screen down and then select the reset setting option. on the right panel, select the factory reset smart hub option. when prompted, select confirm to continue. in three minutes, the m30 will display the dealer info display. at this point, begin the m30 configuration for this residence. please note that these steps will reset your thermostat to factory settings and you will need to reconfigure it for your residence. if you need further assistance, i would recommend reaching out to lennox technical support for more detailed guidance.
