How to fix a smarthub connection message on an s30?

Check if the thermostat is displaying a message about the server or the smart hub. if it's the server, the issue is with the server connection. check the wi-fi menu on the thermostat for any red x marks. if there are three green check marks, it indicates a good wi-fi connection. power cycle the unit by turning off the switch at the breaker box. wait for about 30 seconds before turning it back on. after turning it back on, wait for the thermostat to power back on. if the thermostat still displays an error message, perform a factory reset on the thermostat. if the issue persists, check the account information on the thermostat. if the thermostat displays that it is registered under the homeowner's email address, attempt to unregister the thermostat from the system. if the system displays an error message, perform a factory reset on the smart hub only. the thermostat should be able to connect to the wi-fi network. if the thermostat displays an error message stating invalid hvac system status when attempting to generate a pin, reset the hvac equipment through the dealer control center. if the issue still persists, it might be on the server's end. in this case, you may need to contact lennox technical support for further assistance.
