January 06, 2026I never write reviews but felt I had to. We had a Lennox air conditioner and furnace that were 26 years old and decided it was time to switch them out. This was one of the best experiences I have had with any company over the years. It started out of the gate with the 1st person we spoke with (Kailee Aldred). She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and was very kind. We spoke with her a few times and was the main reason we went with Thornton & Grooms. Brandon Young and his team did an amazing job installing everything and had to do extra work on our ducts which caused them to stay late but they were very patient and did not rush in any way to try and get out! We had everything installed on 11-4-25 and have had it now for a few months. We had the S40 Thermostat installed and love it and especially the ap on our phones which we use all the time. We also had the Enviroaire Power Humidifier installed which works great. We had the EL18KCV Air Conditioner installed and tested it out that day and although it was larger than our old unit, it was quieter and looks great. Our furnace is the EL297V006 and it is much smaller than our old unit and much quieter. Their pricing was competitive, and the installation was top notch which we have been told by friends is the most important part of the process. We highly recommend the folks in the Farmington Hills, Michigan office, you will not be disappointed. One last amazing thing is that they sent us a box of goodies and thanked us for our business!
