No, only through installation of a zoning system will you get precise temperature inside each room as you will redirect ductwork to the zones or areas you wish to condition. The Smart Room Sensors will average the temperature between the S40 Smart Thermostat and the rooms you place the sensor in. Some rooms may be colder or hotter to compensate for reaching the more comfortable set point where the Smart Room Sensor is located.
