You can unsubscribe from receiving email alerts through your thermostat or through your app. To unsubscribe through the thermostat go to Menu > User Account > Account > Toggle Email Updates to off
To unsubscribe through Lennox Home App, go to Menu > User Settings > Account >Toggle Email Updates to off
