Yes, cleanliness is a setting to direct mitigation for VOC levels only (does not factor Co2 or PM2.5 levels). By selecting basic, you are widening the range of "good" VOC levels so mitigation may be delayed. If you select "high," you are narrowing the "good" range and therefore prompting quicker mitigation of VOC levels. You can ask your Lennox dealer to adjust the level of indoor cleanliness. Your options are:

•Basic (most economical)
