You can turn the monthly performance report either on or off from your thermostat or through your app. To turn on/off through the thermostat, go to Menu > User Account > Account > Toggle Monthly Performance Report on/off
To turn on/off through Lennox Home App, go to Menu > User Settings > Account > Toggle Monthly Performance Report on/off
