To unregister your icomfort wi-fi thermostat from one email address and register it to a different one, you can follow these steps: on the thermostat: on the main display, click the wi-fi button in the lower left corner. on the wi-fi settings screen, press the thermostat registered button. if the button is not present, the thermostat is not online and/or not registered. when the currently registered screen appears, click the unregister button. after a few moments, a message will appear on the screen. click the x in the upper right corner to continue. the status change will appear on the wi-fi settings screen. on the portal: log into the account on www.myicomfort.com or www.lennoxicomfort.com. in the upper right corner of the screen, click the my account link. when the my profile screen appears, click the my homes and systems tab. on the my homes and systems screen, click the red x next to the system to be unregistered. when the confirmation screen appears, click the ok button to unregister the stat. after unregistering the thermostat, you can register it to a new email address. to do this, you will need to generate a pin on the thermostat and use it to create a new account with the new email address. if you need further assistance, please reach out to lennox technical support at 1-800-453-6669.
