Your Smart Air Quality Monitor may not be working for one of two reasons:
If you see the overall score or one of the pollutants is grey, then one of the internal sensors may be disabled. Call your Lennox dealer to troubleshoot.
Your Smart Air Quality Monitor may be affected by low or no signal to the S40 Smart Thermostat. If there is not a strong signal strength, the Smart Air Quality Monitor cannot alert the S40 of the air quality inside the home and clean the air. If signal strength is low, we recommend you call your Lennox dealer to add a Wireless Extender to improve the signal strength (sold separately).
