Based on previous interactions with similar issues, here are the steps to unregister an icomfort wi-fi thermostat: on the thermostat: in the lower left corner of the main display, click the wi-fi button. on the wi-fi settings screen, press the thermostat registered button. if the thermostat registered button is not present, the thermostat is not online and/or not registered. when the currently registered screen appears, click the unregister button. after a few moments, a message will appear on the screen. click the x in the upper right corner to continue. the status change will appear on the wi-fi settings screen. on the portal: log into your account on www.myicomfort.com or www.lennoxicomfort.com. in the upper right corner of the screen, click the my account link. when the my profile screen appears, click the my homes and systems tab. on the my homes and systems screen, click the red x next to the system to be unregistered. when the confirmation screen appears, click the ok button to unregister the thermostat. after following these steps, your icomfort wi-fi thermostat should be successfully unregistered. if you encounter any issues, please reach out to lennox technical support at 1-800-453-6669 for further assistance.
