Joining Lennox through the Her Return Program Initiative was a turning point in my career. After a career break, it gave me the opportunity to rebuild my confidence and grow as a design engineering professional.

I began my journey at Lennox in Finance, where I built a strong foundation in business processes. Through the Internal Job Posting program, I transitioned into IT Application Operations. The supportive culture have helped me continue learning and growing professionally.
