Feel The Love™ is a Lennox community program that provides free heating and cooling systems to homeowners who need a helping hand. Each year, deserving individuals such as educators, first responders, healthcare workers, and families facing financial hardship, are nominated by their communities for their selfless contributions. Nominations from the community help determine each year's recipients. Together with local Lennox dealers, we bring comfort and care to those who make a difference.
How the Feel The Love Program Works
Community Nominates
Across the country, compassionate individuals like you are changing lives by nominating hometown heroes for the gift of comfort—brand-new heating and cooling systems for those who deserve it most.
Selections are Made
Every nomination we receive is thoughtfully reviewed and carefully vetted to ensure we select homeowners who truly need support. Those chosen will receive a brand-new heating or cooling system, completely free of charge. Many of these individuals have spent years putting others first, often without the means to create a comfortable home for themselves.
Dealers Spread the Love
During the second week of October, Lennox partners with our dedicated network of dealers for a special mission—installing top-quality systems for our selected community heroes at absolutely no cost.

When is Installation Week?
Installation week takes place each year during the second week of October.
How do I nominate someone?
To nominate someone, visit https://www.lennox.com/sustainability/feel-the-love.com and complete the online nomination form.
When do nominations close?
The last day to nominate an unsung hero is August 31 each year. However, we accept nominations year-round.
How do I know if my nomination was selected as a finalist?
Once the LII Lennox Foundation approves the Dealer’s finalist, they will reach out directly to you or your nominee to start home
inspection process.
Can I attend the install if my nominee was chosen?
Of course! We would love to have you on-site! Please make sure to follow safety guidelines and complete this media release
form to provide to the Dealer.
When is the last day to register?
You may register for the program up until the end of August. As long as you can properly inspect the finalist's home and place equipment orders with your Territory Manager before September 12th.
How do I register for Feel The Love?
To register for Feel The Love go to https://www.lennox.com./sustainability/feel-the-love.com and select "Dealer Sign-Up". Please provide your Lennox Dealer Number. Once completed, the submitter will receive an email signing a Participation Agreement via DocuSign. The DocuSign must be completed to participant in the program.
Do I have to sign a new DocuSign if I participated in past years?
Yes! As of 2026, the yearly Participation Agreement must be signed via DocuSign. This allows us to accurately assign nominations to local participating Dealers.
What is my username?
Your username is your email address on file.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, select "Forgot my password?" in the bottom right corner. If you fail to log in correctly 3 or more times, you will be locked out. If you are locked out, please email FeelTheLove@lennoxind.com for assistance. Remember, your username is your email with ".Lennox" at the end.
How do I create a login for another employee?
After the DocuSign is completed, you will receive an email to add additional employees for the program. Once we receive this information, their usernames will be sent to them. Max of 3 contacts per Dealer.
I do not see any nominations in the Dealer Headquarters. Why?
If you do not see any nominations in the Dealer Headquarters:
- No nominations have been assigned to your account - If you have any assigned nomination(s) you will see a green highlighted area at the top of the homepage.
- Change the list view from "Recently Viewed" to "All Forms" by clicking on the down arrow.
How do I accept/decline a nomination?
Log into the dealer Headquarters and navigate to your nominations:
- To Accept:
- Find your finalist and click on their form number to view the details. In the top right, click on the "Accept Finalist" button. Add in your installation date by scrolling down until you see the "Homeowner Finalist Validation Details" section. Installation date will be the box at the top. Click on the pencil icon to add your planned install date
- To Decline:
- Find the nomination you wish to decline and click on their form number to view the details. In the top right, click on the "Decline Homeowner" button and add the appropriate reason. Once submitted, the nomination will be removed from your account and cycled back into the queue.
How do I order my Feel the Love SWAG kit?
Please reference details within the email from Worrell. This will include your user name. The FTL swag kit store is separate from your Dealer Headquarters

Do I need a promo code?
No, you do not need a promo code. Your dealer number has been pre-identified, and the allotted discount amount will be deducted from your cart automatically at checkout.
Why is the site asking me for a credit card?
Many of our participating Dealers buy more items than the required Dealer Kit. As a result, the site requires everyone to add a credit card to cover any items outside of the kit provided by Lennox. However, if you are not making changes to your kit order, you should see a total of $0.
