Karen H. Quintos brings extensive experience in customer engagement, sustainability, supply chain management, and brand strategy to the board. She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at Dell Technologies, where she oversaw customer engagement strategies and sustainability initiatives from 2016 to 2020. Before her role as CCO, Karen served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of Public Sector Marketing and North America Commercial, and held several executive roles overseeing services, support, and supply chain management at Dell.
Prior to joining Dell in 2000, Karen was Vice President of Global Operations and Technology at Citigroup. She also spent 12 years at Merck, holding leadership roles in marketing, operations, and supply chain management.
Karen currently serves on the boards of Cummins Inc., a publicly traded global power technology leader, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and TGen (Translational Genomics Research Institute). She is also on the Board of Trustees for Penn State University, Chair of Penn State's Smeal College of Business Board of Visitors, and a recipient of the college's highest honor, the Distinguished Alumni Award.
Karen has been recognized as one of the World's Most Influential CMOs by Forbes, named Mother of the Year by Working Mother magazine, and inducted into the WITI Women in Technology Hall of Fame in 2021.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business.
