Through the Lennox internship program, you become part of an industry-leading team of innovative thinkers and high-achievers. Our 12-week program offers you the opportunity to work on business-critical projects with Lennox leaders. We welcome your ideas for promoting innovation, quality, and excellence in everything we do. As an intern, your fresh perspective will be encouraged while you learn and develop new skills to help you professionally. During your time with Lennox, you’ll learn about the different business segments within our organization, build your professional network, and participate in team-building activities with fellow interns. At the end of the program, high-performing interns may be offered full-time employment upon graduation. An internship with Lennox provides the chance to join a 125-year legacy while contributing to our goal of creating a more sustainable future for all.

Human Resources

The Lennox Human Resources Leadership Program is tailored to rapidly enhance the skills of promising, early-career employees. Over three years, this program provides hands-on HR roles across manufacturing, corporate HR, and business partnerships, offering a diverse and enriching journey for participants' professional and personal growth. With dedicated mentorship and training, participants are prepared for influential HR leadership roles at Lennox upon completion.

Development Program

Graduate Sales Academy

The Graduate Sales Academy is an extensive 30-week program, beginning with 18 weeks of intensive sales training and followed by a 12-week course in customer success. Participants are immersed in various sales environments, from retail to outside sales, guided by experts. They gain in-depth knowledge of products, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies. This robust training prepares participants for leadership roles, equipping them with the skills to excel in sales and customer success.
