Varix™ Chiller
The Varix Chiller combines the benefits of chiller and VRF technology, providing performance, efficiency and incredible space savings. It links multiple third-party fan coil units through water piping to deliver heating and cooling to individual zones. Similar to VRF outdoor units, Varix Chiller modulates its capacity based on each zone’s needs, helping reduce energy use and enhance occupant comfort.

- 10 and 15 ton modules available in Heat Pump only - connect up to 16 units for up to 240 tons
- Equipped with R-32 Low GWP refrigerant to meet electrification and decarbonization mandates
- Integrates with multiple third-party fan coil units through water piping to deliver heating and cooling to individual zones
- Flash injection technology maintains optimal heating performance even in extreme cold by optimizing refrigerant flow
- Its compact size makes it easy to combine and fit multiple units even when space is limited
- Optional Fan Coil Unit (FCU) and Fan Coil Interface Module available to control and integrate third-party fan coil units to central and local controls
- Delivers water at a wide range of temperatures
- Cooling: 41°F - 77°F (5°C – 25°C) standard, 14°F – 77°F (-10°C – 25°C) with brine solutions
- Heating: 77°F - 131°F (25°C - 55°C)*
