In a year full of uncertainty and stress, Lennox and their dealer partners were able to deliver peace of mind and the gift of perfect air to more than 200 deserving recipients as part of their annual Feel The Love^® program. Each year, Feel The Love honors neighbors-in-need across the US and Canada who are facing physical, mental or social disabilities, financial challenges or those who have made an impact through military or community service. In 2020, Lennox dedicated more resources to benefiting first responders and those keeping us safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

"As many prepare for a winter working and learning from home, a new HVAC system can make a significant impact on one's health, comfort and happiness."

Since the inception of Feel The Love in 2009, Lennox and its dealers have completed over 1,500 installations for deserving households throughout North America. Keep reading to learn more about a few of this year's recipients and how Feel The Love impacted their lives:

Kyle Romitti & Jenn Moran, Southington, CT

Kyle, an ICU nurse, and Jenn, a NICU nurse, have spent most of this year serving as frontline workers, relentlessly caring for their patients during the pandemic. Kyle and Jenn recently purchased their new home, only to discover this summer that their HVAC system was broken. Because of their busy schedules, they were unable to fix their system. Dealer partner F. F. Hitchcock determined they were the perfect recipients for this year's program. They installed a new furnace and AC system for these deserving healthcare workers, and now they can come home and rest and recharge while enjoying perfect air.

The Tancock Family,
Lacombe, AB

The Tancock family is feeling the love after receiving a new heating and cooling system. They were nominated to help their youngest son, who has difficulty regulating his temperature due to an accident early on in his life. Jeff Tancock said the day they received the news from Kles-Air that they had been selected was perfect timing. "When we were informed we were the chosen family it was that really hot and smoky week. Our windows were all open and [our son] was on four different puffers," Jeff said. Read more about the Tancock family and their Installation Day experience. 

Mildred Price,
Martinsburg, WV

Johnson & Johnson Heating & Air Conditioning honored 101-year-old Mildred Price with the gift of perfect air and a day of household handiwork during Installation Weekend. Price, who still lives an active life and lives independently, was a previous customer, and the Johnson & Johnson team remembered she needed a hand getting things done around her home and that her HVAC system was in poor condition. At the end of the day, she was not only treated to a new heating and cooling system, but the team also tackled yard work, replaced her garbage disposal and dryer vent and fixed her toilet. The Sutton Family,
Velma, OK

Keisa Sutton and her two daughters were nominated by their community to receive a new HVAC system, and it couldn't have come at a better time. Keisa's oldest daughter, Khloe, received a lung transplant last May and has Cystic Fibrosis. This new system, installed by DeHart Air, will not only help Khloe stay healthy, but it gives Keisa peace of mind knowing that her daughter is safe in their own home.
