Ideal for warmer, more humid climates
Ideal for homes in warmer climates with mild winters, a Healthy Climate ERV transfers moisture and heat from incoming fresh air to the outgoing airstream.
An ERV system makes sense for many reasons.
Consider a ventilation system if your home includes any of the following:
Tight construction helps save energy, but it can also make your air stale and stuffy.
Attached garages can contain contaminants such as car fumes that can seep into your home.
Spray-foam insulation helps keep your home warm, but it also means that indoor air is continually recirculated.
Freshens air without producing ozone
Unlike some indoor air quality systems on the market, Healthy Climate ventilation systems freshen the air without producing ozone, a toxic gas that can irritate the lungs*.

Healthy Climate® Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV)
Healthy Climate ERV5-175-TPD Air is Fresher
May 31, 2019Not much to say other than running it right now, humidity in house didn't go up much but I have the Whole Home Dehumidifier and XC25 as well running. Felt the air was getting a bit stale in the house and kinda felt it wasn't getting the best air flow, I can say I feel it now. Had a no name brand HRV before and if I ran it I noticed the house would dry out so quickly, I decided on an ERV over HRV so I could run it year round. Controlled with my S30 which seems to work perfectly.
Yes, I recommend this product.
