Lennox complies with laws regarding slavery and human trafficking in the countries in which it does business. Lennox further enters into supply agreements that require suppliers to comply with all applicable laws, including laws regarding slavery and human trafficking.

Suppliers are also required to cooperate fully with any audit or inspection efforts of Lennox intended to verify compliance. Suppliers must also provide, at Lennox's request, certificates relating to any applicable legal requirements in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lennox.
