These reinstall instructions are for existing Android app users. If you need to download the app for the first time, visit the Google Play Store.
If you have an older version of Lennox® ComfortCenter on your Android tablet, you’ll need to remove that version before you install the new app. Follow these steps:
1. Launch the Settings App on your device.
2. Select the Apps option in the settings list.
3. Tap the “ComfortCenter” app to select.
4. Tap “Uninstall” to remove the ComfortCenter app.
NOTE: To confirm you are not uninstalling the new version of Comfort Center, be sure you are viewing the app with the (old) version number of 2.3.0.9.37855.
Install New App
After uninstalling the old app, return to the Google Play Store and install the new Comfort Center app.
