After I Have Registered, Do I Have to Use The Installing Dealer In Order To Maintain The Manufacturer's Warranty?
Homeowners have the option to work with any licensed professional installer (or equivalent). For repairs related to the Lennox Extended Limited Warranty (parts and/or labor), only dealers who have agreed to the Warranty Your Way dealer agreement are eligible to complete the repair. The equipment must be maintained in accordance with the unit installation, operation and maintenance instructions provided with each Lennox unit.
