I live in Arizona and the heat is blistering here. I recently had 2 XP21 systems installed at my house. They are very quiet while keeping my home comfortable. I highly recommend.

This system has lowered my electric bill two months in a row. It runs quietly. We had a drain backup last week, and the thermostat disabled so I would have to call for service instead of letting the unit keep running. This likely saved my flooring. If the unit would have kept running, it would have leaked water. Energy efficiency, icomfort thermostat, and financing incentives were my reasons for purchasing this system.

Replaced a 22 year old heat pump with this one, was going to get the XP17 but rebates brought price down on the XP21 to essentially the same so went with the top of the line. It is amazingly quiet outside, also has the 2 stage blower in the garage which you barely hear also. Use to be able to hear the air blow inside the house with the old pump, no more with this one. Also upgraded to the carbon filtration system, also wonderful. Takes smells out of the house fast, also has decreased house dust by 80% and I was using 3M allergen filters before which are suppose to be one of the better filters out there. Love my new purchase!

This unit has helped us stay warmer this winter. And while staying warmer, we are seeing lower daily usage and monthly bills!

The headline says this is "the most quier and efficient heat pump you can buy.". It is not as quiet as my old unit. It makes much more noise than I expected. It seems to work very well in heating the home, so that is good. But it makes noise.

before the lennoxs system I had two heat pumps to try to heat my house that did not do the job We now have AIR comming out of ouy vents and is is warm

We replaced an old single stage heat pump and are extremely pleased with our new heat pump. It is much more efficient and keeps our house much warmer. The variable speed fan set to circulate eliminates cold spots in the house.
Just got the electric bill and it is almost 1000 KWh lower than the average of the last 8 Decembers, even though we had below average temperatures for nearly 2 weeks.
We are very happy!

In the few weeks we have had the system we can tell a big difference with the air flow in the house. Before you could not tell when the system was running in the back bedroom. Now you can both hear and feel when the system is running. It has increased the comfort in the house and we are hoping to see the benefits in the electric bill.

Even though it is a little pricey, so far it does
everything we wanted it for. The comfort thermostat is great. Once set it handles everything and you can change setting from your smart phone, iPads or computer. So far so good.

Bought this in mid December during a warm spell. It was a week or more before the heating task was tested. The programmable thermostat worked well and the heating was done as we wished. The unit is very quiet except when you decide to raise the temperature by a more than a degree. It then goes into its highest speed mode and is fairly noisy. Fortunately is does not operate in that mode very often.

Our units are ultra quiet, which we really like. We've had heat pumps before, but this Lennox product is true quality. The thermostat is very user friendly and we like being able to set it and forget it.

I think my installation as my unit was installed with the front facing the back of my property causing me to install a fence to hide the backside of the unit. The air flow is great but makes a high pitch sound going through the air cleaning unit, very annoying if close by.

Other features include the lack of vibration of the air handler and the overall solidity of the internal equipment. Outside the heat pump configuration is impressive and has the look of something that will handle all that Florida weather can throw at it. The touch sensitive thermostat is extremely flexible, responsive and informative. All in all so far I'm more than satisfied with this assembly of Lennox equipment.

XP21 is the top of line heat pump, and so far, it is performing perfect. It is quiet, and runs alot less than our old unit. We are looking forward to extra savings with this more efficent unit. The quaility of Lennox, makes this a good choice for long lasting service.

This product has superior features and it perfect in our basement set-up. We like the way it switches between heat and air without adjustment. It also allows us to work within a temperature range. We love the two-stage blower and it's very quiet.

The XL21 is a very quiet and efficient unit. The only time you know the heat is on is if you are standing by the vent or thermostat. The interactive thermostat monitor has great program features. It provides multiple seasonal timed heat/AC programs for efficiency. The thermostat has humidity, outside temperatue and many features/settings. The heat pump is an excellent addition to a furnace or AC unit for multipe purpose heat and AC. Highly recommend the combination unit for multy seasonal performance and efficiency.
