Could not be more pleased with this system. Operates so quietly and efficiently that we are hardly aware it is on. The "set it and forget it controls" are great.
The fact that it is made completely in the U.S. was another selling factor.
I would readily recommend this unit to anyone in need of a new system. I think that it is the best on the market.

We have been extremely happy with our new heating/air conditioning unit. It is easy to maintain, has an exceptional thermostat with large display, and runs quietly. We especially like the purification unit which supports better health for our family.

When my 30 year old Lennox A/C compressor finally wore out, I bought an XC14 which the literature said was very quiet. Well... it is indeed much quieter outdoors than my 30 year-old Lennox was, but it is much, much noisier indoors! There is a loud buzzing which seems to radiate from the refrigerant lines inside the house. It is quite loud and quite annoying.

We were not looking to replace our old unit but it died. Our installer recommended we install a Lennox and said this unit was the best. We have not been disappointed. We had it installed Labor Day weekend 2012. It is so very quiet it is almost spooky. The unit is large so make sure you have the space. But it's size makes it efficient. We are happy with this unit. We also replaced our furnace at the same time so we have a Lennox home. Going well so far. Thanks, Dave.

Air circulation is subtle and quiet. Quite an improvement over the gusts of cold air from the old one. The electronic thermostat is great. Controls are seemingly easy to use and adjust as needed. I like the "away" button that's so easy to hit as I walk out the door or when I return. And the little "snowflakes" riding across the screen when the A/C is on and the weather conditions/forecast are a cute touch!

the outdoor unit sets next to the master bedroom wall, and we never hear it! You have to walk up to the unit to see if it is running, but since the house is comfortable, we know it must be running sometime.

I am very impressed by all the features especially the 17 SEER and the excellent quality and appearance of the units. I had to replace two original contractor grade units at the same time. I was a little surprised by the large size of the outdoor unit so make sure you have adequate space for this model but it is well worth the price. Super quiet. It was paired with a 96% gas furnace and high end thermostats. Love the whole package.

I looked at the inside of the unit while it was being installed and set up. It seemed well built and layed out well. it was real quiet while it was being set up, but the weather turned cold and the AC has not run enough for me to evaluate its performance and quitness.

I just replaced my 13 year old Lennox Elite with this Dave Lennox Signature central air along with the appropriate gas furnace. The old unit was still working and over 13 years I have had zero problems with it. I wanted a new more efficient unit so I replaced the old one. With an additional six seer I expect to save significantly on my electric and gas bills. I would highly recommend Lennox to anyone.

As the weather was changing, going into late fall, we haven't got too much use out of the air conditioner, but a short time we did use it, I was impressed with it's quiet running and keeping everything even in temperature. I like the way it works together with the furnace and thermostat, to come on when needed.

This unit is great! It keeps the house cooler than the old unit did and the thermostat is much more accurate. Looking foreward to the lower energy bills. Worth the extra $$.

The ability to add solar to the unit added more cost savings to us and the system is so quiet you are not sure it is running until you bend down to listen. Great value.
