Havent had a chance to really test this Ac out yet but it looks great and I am sure it will work flawlessly.

Although my unit has been installed for less than 2 months and not during the heavy load conditions of a South Florida summer, I have already seen the cost benefit associated with this unit in my monthly electric bill. Additionally, the unit is located right outside my patio and the quiet operation is quite obvious when we are enjoying our pool/patio, in that we don't hear the noise from the unit that we did from our old unit. In sum, totally satisfied two months in.

I have only had my AC unit for 6 weeks, so I can not attest to its long-term reliability, but the unit itself is VERY quiet and works flawlessly so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Darkside Best A/C unit I've had to date.
This is the third a/c unit I've owned, and beats both of the other ones by miles. It takes only a few minutes to bring inside temps down, and this past summer was an extremely warm one in Southern Ontario.

Paid extra when my house was built for this upgrade and it was worth it. The unit is very quite , efficient and does a good job cooling down the house.

Our air conditioner has had a great work out this summer. It always comes on when required, runs as needed and turns off when desired temperature reached.
we were right at the top edge for the capacity of this model. Perhaps we should have chosen the next model up. When it is hot it often has to work continuously from 9:30 am to 6 or 7 PM.
If the internal temperature of the house gets to 26 degrees then unit works constatly to get our internal temp. down to 24 degrees.

After 1 month, the motor fan blew. Had it replaced, and one month later it is blown again. With the unit running very few hours a day this level of quality is slightly better than junk.
