I am very satisfied with the new furnace. It produces a smooth and even heat, and not the "hot" heat of my previous furnace. It is so quite, I do not even know it is on and working.

This furnace exceeded my expectations. The variable-speed motor provides a consistent temperature throughout the open concept main floor. The furnace is extremely quiet while maintaining constant air flow. Now I wish I would've installed a variable-capacity furnace in my basement instead of the single-stage.

The furnace is so quiet. The heat in the entire home seems to be consistent and warmer. When it's colder outdoors, the furnace adjusts to those conditions and will run for a longer period to keep inside temperature consistent. The furnace is eneryefficient.

We were looking for the best product we could find at a reasonable price. It wasn't the cheapest but one gets what one pays for. With the savings with the efficiency it will pay for the difference in cost in a few years. It is very quiet and the technology is up-to-date. We are very satisfied so far and will look forward to the savings this first winter.

We have had this furnace for 1 week and we immediately noticed a difference in the temperature and comfort of our home. The modulating component is still a bit unclear to me, as the furnace seems to increase in capacity (i.e.. it gets louder) as it is running every time it comes on. I thought it would be running at 35% (for example) rather than ramping up.

Since the furnace was installed two weeks ago we have noticed much more even heating throughout our house and it runs so quietly that often we are not even aware it is running.

I am finally comfortable in my home. It is large enough to take care of my whole house and keep all rooms warm. The added feature of a humidifier is great. I don't feel like I am in need of lotion all the time. Thank you

This is the quietest furnace I have ever seen. I used to burn wood to help out my old furnace because there were cool spots in the house all over the place. this furmace is so good that I am going to quit burning wood even though I get the wood free. Also the fan blows so low that you don't even feel it.

This furnace replaced a noisy boiler and air-handler, the house was cold upstairs, and not very warm elsewhere. Now the house is evenly heated and the system is so quiet, I sometimes wonder if it is even on!

Have 2 units, one in the house and one in the hangar that heats the offices. Both are reliable and efficient. Faults codes work good at solving minor problems as when I repainted floor and raised the vapor return hose too off floor high causing too much back pressure and furnace wouldn't light.

Very quiet, yet blows and exchanges more air than an older Lennox furnace. I like the quiet start period in the morning when the set back thermostat kicks in. How can you go wrong when you get a total labour and parts warrinty for ten years. This is the furnace of the future.

I was forced into replacing our old furnace when it developed a cracked heat exchanger. Now that we have the SLP98V I realized that we should have replaced it years ago.

really am impressed with this product. Had it installed with the icomfort thermostat. The changes in the comfort of the home is dramatic. Constant temperature and humidity rather than the constant temperature changes are really what we had wanted when we had this installed. Well, we got what we wanted. Easier to sleep. No cold spots. Would recommend this in a minute.

I'm very pleased with my new furnace. The variable speed and other features make it quiet and efficient. I've found that the temperature in my house seems to be more even from room to room.

This product is really quiet . Love it. I noticed that it helped me with my sleep in the night. Especially in a very cold night. Also we feel safe and don't have to worry about the gas leak. We haven't got our gas bill yet. I'm interested to see how much money it will save us. And we hope we can get our energy rebate soon.

This unit is much more quieter than my old unit. Sometimes I can't even hear it operates. It is installed next to all the bed rooms. I can sleep without waking up during the night when the heating kicks on. Since I also did the home energy upgrades, so it is hard for me to tell how much energy I save with this new unit compares to the old unit. At first I worry the variable speed fan may not work well on low speed to have enough control for all the rooms. So far, it works fine with the icomfort. The fan motor does sound little louder when it turns on and turns off, but is still quiet.

This furnace is amazing - we previously had a cold house and this furnace keeps the whole house constantly warm and is VERY, VERY quiet! Had we known a new furnace could change our house as much as this furnace has, we would have upgraded long ago.

The SLP98V was the best choice for our requirements, replacing the original 22 year old builder grade system. The house now has a general warmer feel to it overall, the system is very quiet and extremely efficient. I look forward to a continued lowering of my energy costs, and the touch thermostat provides fingertip controls of many functions, reminders, and services.
