Love our new furnace. Always knew that our old one was kind of noisy. It wasn't until my husband asked how the new one was running that I realized you can hardly hear it! Love that it is so quiet and I am hoping we will also see a reduction in our energy bill with this more efficient furnace.

This furnace has good heat production but it is not quiet like advertised. It sounds like a rocket ship is taking off in my basement.

Boy, did I need this!
My old furnace was located in a crawl space, extremely difficult to change the filter and without properly insulated duct work. This one is much quieter and much more efficient.

This product was selected for its advanced features and because it did not require modifications to the house for its combustion exhaust.
The variable speed fan is wonderful, and it allows us to use a lower speed to provide continuous circulation.

Not having needed a furnace for over 20 years.I was suprised at the advances made in the industry.Our new Lennox SL280UHV is a more compact unit.I was really surprised by how quiet it is. I especially like the start up & shut down of the 2 stage motor.This unit is much more economical then our old unit.It is nice to save some money on heating bills.

The unit is very quiet and efficient. I hardly know when it is running because it is so quiet. My first gas bill showed that it was an average of three degrees cooler in Dcember 2012 than it was in December 2011 yet I only used 3.4 therms in 2012 compared to 4.3 therms in 2011. I am extremely satisfied with this product.

We bought a Lennox HVAC for downstairs in 2009, and we were so happy with it that we bought a Lennox HVAC for upstairs in 2012. Both units are very quiet and efficient. We would make the same decisions again.

We replaced a 20+ year old furnace and are very satisfied with the comfort level this unit provides when compared to our old furnace. The variable speed feature keeps our home at a consistent temperature rather than the previous 3-5 degree constant variation. The technology improvements in this unit are are incredible and we highly recommend Lennox.

THE MACHINE IS COMPACT IN SIZE. I ESPECIALLY APPRECIATE THE QUIET THAT I HAVE IN THE HOUSE NOW. I RUN THE FAN ALL OF THE TIME AND I CANNOT HEAR THE MACHINE RUNNING.

Love that this and the heat pump we selected work so well together. If the power goes out, we can run it off a small portable generator for the equivalent of a 75 watt light bulb. Genius!
