We purchased a Pure Air due to my husband's allergies. He has severe allergies, which triggers his asthma to act up more during the blooming seasons. After having the Pure Air in our home for less than 1 week, he could feel a significant difference in breathing. Additionally, we were both pleasantly surprised to discover how quickly odors were dissapearing after cooking; the fish was always the worst but now it's not a problem cooking up fish of any kind. We highly recommend this to everyone we know.

We bought the system because my daughter is marrying a person with severe lung/skin allergies to Dogs and Cats. He was at our house a month ago and was eye watering, congested and miserable. He came last weekend after we installed the pure air system and had no issues staying with us.. Good news - great product!

We are very pleased with the unit as it has amazed us by the improvement in our indoor air quality. Improved our allergies, less dust, odors, and fireplace smoke. Also we have not had as many colds this winter.

My wife and I do not suffer from asthma, but we do have 2 Golden Retrievers and a range vent that only recirculates cooking fumes through a rudimentary filtration system. I bought the Pure Air system when I had my whole house Lennox airconditioner replaced. I was initially skeptical about the Pure Air unit, but it does what I wanted it to do: IT REMOVES ODORS. No unit can remove fumes as effectively as open windows and a strong breeze, but when that is not an option, the Pure Air does an excellent job. A hint as to effectiveness: after cooking odors are noticed, set the air handler fan setting on your thermostat from "Auto" to "On" to force airflow constantly through the filter. Next morning, odors are gone. Impressive. Even in winter, our house smells pleasant. The MERV 16 filter works well for particulates. Moreover, a leading consumer magazine has found the MERV 16 filter that is part of the Pure Air system to be highest-rated among whole-house systems that were tested.

Although this was a rather expensive upgrade to my system, it was worth every penny. This unit does everything it claims. After I run my system, there is a noticeable difference in the air quality of my home. All odors are removed. Since both my son and I have allergies, getting the air this clean helps us. My old system used 1" filters. Even when compared to the best 3M filters I used to use, they do not even come close to the quality of air cleaning this unit performs. I have been recommending this unit to all my friends.

We suffer with asthma and my daughter always got bronchitis so I searched everything I could and learned all I could concerning cleaner air. I finally settled on PureAir and I am so glad I did. My husband had it installed (my hero). It is so nice to see my daughter not have bronchitis and for our asthma to have improved 90% since having our pureAir system. When we go and stay the night at a hotel or friends house we can definitly feel the difference we love going back home to our clean air , there is way less dust. it is a great choice to have clean air. the cleaner the better, we also have a whole house water filtration system. 2 things you must have is clean air and clean water. I can skimp in other areas but not in these two areas.. so what are you waiting for, if you have asthma then buy the system just make sure to have it maintained, I did opt to have the HEPA filters too just for the added benefit of cleaner air.. Cleaner the better right? so DO IT!!

We upgrades to a new AC and wanted to make sure we have the cleanest air available for some health issues. The unit has removed more dust and has helped make our home clean and fresh.

We upgraded our whole house HVAC system with the Lennox Signature Series, XP-21 Heat pump, CBX-32MV Air Handler, PC014-23 Pure Air Purification and the I-Comfort WI-FI Thermostat to control it all. We decided to go with best system out there due to my wife's asthma problems.
This air cleaner really works great.

We live in Montana where we have forest fire smoke in summer (from outside), and wood stove smoke in winter (from inside!) This unit takes care of it all, along with any other odors of any sort. it is great.
One complaint: it is hard to order a maintenance kit. The replacement of the filter, catalyst mesh and UV lights is easy to do, but finding a kit is hard. You do not need a service person to do this maintenance.
Also, it would be good to be able to order the components of the kit separately. If I am missing a website that can do this, let me know.

Zero ozone produced. Excellent filtering. Charcoal and UV treatment all in one package. It's been in and working for about a month now and I've seen a SIGNIFICANT reduction on dust. Very pleased.
