Rated 3 out of 5 by Lima484 Basic unit, no integration
This unit will take moisture out of the air, but as far as being integrated into a whole house, indoor air quality system, forget it.
The humidity level is set by a little knob on the back of the unit, numbered 1-10, not by percent humidity.
It is not controlled by the stat, nor is there even a wall mount control that can be placed next to the stat.
What number should it be set at for say 55% relative humidity? Who knows? Just keep playing with the settings until you get there.
Also, since it doesn't communicate with any other device in your system (like the humidifier), don't set it too low, or it will remove the moisture that the humidifier is putting in!
Mine was installed in 2012, and I'm still adjusting it.
