I have had this unit for more than 3 years now, and it has performed flawlessly. Very efficient and quiet. Installed an air cleaner and humidifier at the same time. I would definitely purchase another Lennox product again in the future.

So far so good! We just had the furnace installed a few weeks ago and are curious how it will affect our gas bill. We were pleasantly surprised that it came with a programmable thermostat, which was a big plus, to conserve more energy.

We had the first high efficiency furnace that Lennox made back in 1988. We had it serviced every year and were very satisfied with it. Since parts are no longer available we had to purchase a new furnace just this past month, when a problem developed that could not be fixed without parts. We are very satisfied so far with this new furnace. We also purchased an accompanying air filter and humidifier system. With this winter's extremes in temperatures this furnace system is noticibly better than our old one.

One month after I bought it, the combustion air blower failed and 18 months after I bought it, the rollout switch kept tripping resulting in no heat. It's a fairly basic furnace so I'm not sure why it would break so often.

This furnace replaces a Lennox furnace that is over 20 years old. The replacement is much quieter and much more efficient than the unit it replaced.

The G61 is quiet two stage furnace. We installed it in late 2004. Until now, we have had no problem, but after 8 yrs it may be time for a new furnace. Our blower fan quit working. After one week of no heat, the service provider is unable to detect the problem, despite a new blower motor and various other parts, we still do not have heat. The service provider is doing its best to help us, but to now avail.

This furnace was a replacement for a furnace that was installed 23 years age. the cost for this furnace was half the cost we paid 23 years ago. This furnace is very quiet and does a great job heating the house.

So far, I am impressed because, my wife has had the heat cranked up and it seems the furnace has been working non stop, since it was installed. No issues!
The 30 year old unit it replaced was a Lennox!

Our new furnace is working great! It is quiet yet it puts out a large amount of air. I'm very impressed with our 95% efficient unit, the way it uses almost all of the heat from the burner to heat our home. It would be nice if our automobiles were this efficient! Thanks Dave (Mr. Lenox) for a job "well done" when you built our furnace!

This furnace is very quiet compared to our previous furnace which was a Lennox Pulse 21.
It seems to do the job just as well.
It is acutally a G71 MPP but it was not listed.
We haven't really been able to review the consumption of gas compared to the previous furnace.

Switched to this furnace after years of putting up with the noise and service calls for the Lennox pulse furnace. The G61 is super quiet and works perfectly, at least so far.

Our first impression with this model was how quiet it runs and efficiently heats the house. We like the two stage performance along with a variable speed motor. It's too early to know our fuel savings over the older 25 year old furnance it replaced but have the impression it will save much on our propane usage. After 2 weeks use we can say "so far so good".

Hopefully this furnace has replaced my G43UF which was very noisy with a loud fan that kicks into cycle very hard. I even had to disconnect my HRV because it turned the furnace fan on evvery time it needed to clear the ducts and the noise was exceedingly loud.

Easy accses to clean and monitor operations. The two phase feature saves energy and makes for more effective heating. The green flashing light in the the panel door assures the furnace is ready when called to produce heat. Burners are easily viewed so one may make decisions on proper fuel air mixture. My furnace was installed in 2004 and I have never had to have a service man make adjustments.

Heats the house wonderfully. Our heating bills are very cheap, no complaints at all there.
Unfortunately, we can't get through a heating season without a failure and a service call. Disappointing.

This furnace was installed seven years ago and natural gas use is as good or even better than what I had with my previous Lenox Pulse furnace. In addition, it hasn't required any servicing other than the routine maintenance.
