The furnace is very quiet, I like the two stage burner and blower as there is no perceivable fluctuation in the house temperature, (no cycling from to hot and to cold), nice big filter to clean the air and a good programable thermostat.

Main reason for buying a new furnace was to save money on natural gas. After talking to the salesman he also pointed out this furnace uses less electricity. It works on a 2 stage system which will also save me cash. The summer fan is so quiet I could barely hear when I switched it on.
Coldest months are a head of me so I look forward to see how much my monthly savings will be.

We're thrilled with our new furnace and love the added features - in particular the iComfort thermostat!. We noticed very quickly the house is much more balanced -- not so many 'hot' spots or 'cold' spots and we barely hear a sound when it's running.

Though this furnace cost a little more than a single stage it does cut back on our electricity bill. However, the true benefit is the more even heating in our home. Our bedrooms used to be cool at night but with this furnace and the heat coming out slower, distributing closer to the floor we feel a difference, the rooms are warmer.

I use to have an oil furnace. The house always felt cold, especially each end of the house, and it seemed to take a while to warm up.
I find the house does not seem to get as cold anymore, and it heats up more quickly. Of course, the cost for gas is much lower than oil so I am really pleased with my decision to switch from oil to natural gas.

This product meets its sales pitch. It is quiet, efficient and works as advertised. The price is high but the reduction in gas usage will pay for the unit in five years (in our case). I am glad we had the cash available to purchase it as our 50+ year old furnace stopped working last last heating season.

Cannot believe the difference from my 28 yr. old Lennox pulse to my new furnace. The heat seems to stay more constant throughout the house. At the time of installation I also had a new fireplace put in the rec room. The furnace handles the basement so well that the fireplace rarely comes on. The operation of the furnace is a lot quieter than the old one. The furnace is below our bedroom and we hardly notice when it is on.

One litle small detail for the lenox guys, why putting a cheap 1 cent plastic pin to attach the front pannel on such a nice model?
They broke all the time.

Switched from an old inefficient oil furnace to this gas furnace and we are extremely happy. The two stage system keeps the heat uniform throughout the house. We do not have to turn the temperature up and down to remain comfortable like we did with our oil furnace.

We are very happy with our new furnace as it is way more efficient than our previous one. it is so quiet by comparison and it actually makes the air in the house "feel" warmer than the other one did.

When we go away we set the temperature at 55 and then turn it up to 68 when we come home. It heats up very quickly. Haven't had it long enough to see the electric and gas bills.

Only installed 1 month ago but so far very pleased with the comfort level, effeciency, and overall performance of the unit. Especially compared to the 20 year-0ld Lennox (70% efficiency) unit that this new furnace replaced. I would recommend this Lennox product.

The furnace runs smoothly with relatively less noise, I barely hear any sound even it's running at high speed. The variable speed features helped reduced the cycling when it reaches the set temperature, even the heat exchanger is sealed off tightly that no heat escape outside the unit. High efficiency means savings for gas usage, I will know that when I receive my gas bill this month.

Our Lennox Gas Furnance works well. We had an excellent Heating contractor install the Lennox Gas Furnance(recommended by our Natural Gas supplier). The contractor did a proper installation(we took time to look over the owners manual and found all instruction were followed)(Lennox's instruction booklet is well written).
The unit works well, we're warm and happy and would buy Lennox again and use the same contractor. Thanks Lennox, for a quality product!

I love my new Lenox high efficiency furnace. It is so quiet. The new design keeps the house at a more even temperature and I like the summer fan feature. The warrenty is one of the best in the industry. I would recommend Lenox to anyone looking at purchasing a new furnace or heat pump.

The new system fit exactly the same footprint as our original unit. Our old unit was 92 % gas efficient but had an A.C. voltage motor. We expect our electric bill to be considerably lower with the new D.C. electric motor. Also, the whole house has been more evenly heated so far this season. No cold spots. Hooray !!

The new unit is significantly more efficient that our old furnace (which was only 12 years old), and we really like the new programable thermostat.
