I will also point out it that it is very loud. This is what was included with my A/C Heat Pump installation. I would say not to waste your time and money on this product. Get a good one from the start. IMO Lennox should dump this model.

I will second the other comment that when switching on the furnace it makes a very loud click. We have also had trouble with the thermostat intermittently not starting the furnace and then thinking it is running. This results in no heat until the controller is reduced below current temperature and then re-raised. I will be replacing this product as soon as possible.

This product makes such a loud clicking noise before coming on and when going off.
It was so bothersome I went back to my oldie goldie thermostat with the slide lever.
Too bad as seeing the temperature numbers was a bonus but not enough to listen to that on and off clicking.
