We had very good service from our old unit but had to move it off the deck. Chose to get another Lennox and are looking forward to the more efficient running when the weather warms. We love the new furnace that was part of our package, it is very quiet compared to the old furnace.

We replaced a unit that had been running for about 35 years with this Lennox unit. We are already seeing savings on our monthly bills! It is quiet and seems to have to run less than our old unit because it is so efficient. I would recommend!

I have only had my Lennox for 2 months and it works wonderfully I had heard about Lennox years ago but now I own one and I love it, it is so quiet and it heats and cools my house very well. I would say to anyone in need of a heating/ac system check out Lennox first.

I purchsed the 14ACX unit as part of a complete change out of the 25 year old Lennox system in my current home. I had a Lennox system in a previous home that I changed out after 30 years. I shopped other brands and ultimately stayed with Lennox. The unit cools my home very effectively and quietly. The outside unit is attractive and runs quietly as well.

The air conditioner is much quieter than the 30+ year old one that it replaced. The house cools down faster and costs less to operate.

We are very pleased with our new Lennox A/C and Air handler. it is quiet and efficient. The reductions in my first 2 electric bills have been very noticeable.

Great price for a small condo (approx. 1,000 sqft).
25months intrest free plan is also attractive!
I am happy with this product at my primary residence, and I plan to install a new Lennox unit to my rental condo sometime in June 2013.

14ACX-048-230 + G40UH-48B-090. Both units were in new house, closed Aug 2009. Have not had anything go wrong or service issues. Still very efficient. I've written customer service on some technical issues and got a fast response and answers.
