Several weeks after installation with extensive winter heating, I'm very happy with this. My new Lennox has the force to push air through the ductwork very efficiently, & I LOVE its variable-speed fan; even in temps down in the teens, the unit doesn't run very long at a time & the house stays comfortable (much more efficient than my previous 12-year-old unit of a different brand). My electric bill has validated my choice of a 15 SEER, Energy Star upgrade--highly recommended. The exterior's fit & finish is excellent. I'm so glad that I made this selection!

The system works well. Had gas heat and went to electric. It is a different feel of heat but still works just fine. The unit is fairly quiet and Biggs did good job putting it in and sealing up our existing ducts.

This product works very efficient when the temperature outdoors is above 32 degree. But when the temperature drops under 31 degree, we have to light a woodstove to keep the room warmer, otherwise, the heat pump is running all night long without a stop and the noises it makes during the midnight is quite annoying.
Also, for some reason, the electric circuit fan is running all the time instead of the pump.
But during the summer time, it works extremely well.

Units are not reliable, coil leaks, case not well put together and parts availability are poor.
