Rated 4 out of 5 by Economical home ventilation system Ventilation controller can be set to user need of home ventilation manually or in standard operation, ventilation controller measures outdoor temperature & indoor humity with user adjusted timer settings to determine when to ventilate. The only problem so far has been the motorized damper. The damper did not fully close at the end of ventilation cycle. This was noted on 1-7-14 during the artic winter blast and the fresh air duct was froze over inside the house to furnace return duct. To further clarify the issue I always had the contoller in the off position to not ventilate as the air inside always seemed fresh,so this damper was not closing from the start. January 18, 2014
