Rated 5 out of 5 by AmyB Wow! We. Installed this b/c I have asthma and we have a serious dust issue. We put it in November 2013 and it has been 4 months and WOW we have to replace the filter already b/c it has collected so much. I am thrilled, it did not restrict airflow at all, others complain about this, either their system is slow in the first place or old. I would highly recommend this product for those who have asthma or allergies. Great product, worth every penny! March 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by LovingLennox Best Air Cleaner Available This is the most effective and simple air cleaner I've ever owned. I've owned the top versions from the other guys and they were clunky and required time consuming maintenance, not to mention they didn't work. The HC16 requires you change the filter once a year and your done. Takes less than 5 minutes. Not sure what the other reviews are complaining about air flow for. I've experienced ZERO problems, I'm getting proper CFM with the carbon filter. I would assume they didn't not have theirs properly installed. Highly recommended! Awesome product. November 20, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Saddened77 Great filter but restricts airflow too much. The precarbon version of this filter worked great but the new filter with carbon filtration restricts airflow. My furnace is now giving error codes saying it is overheating due to restricted airflow. Great idea but doesn't work for my system. Very disappointed. September 28, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Ace2013 Carbon Clean version of X6675 restricting air flow I recently replaced a Lennox X6675 filter purchased 9 months ago with the Carbon Clean version of the X6675. There was an immediate change in my heating system's ability to bring my house up from its "nighttime" temperature to its "daytime" thermostat setting. What previously took about 30 minutes now takes at least two hours. Unfortunately, it seems the company I bought from cannot obtain the old X6675; only the new carbon clean version. February 2, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by dk12 Product will clean and filter the air in my home My furnace had a very inadequate filtration system with just a hole cut out of the sheet metal and placing a hogs hair filter was causing blower motor to have lots of dust built up around it needing to cleaned. *Source: Leading consumer magazine, January 2012. Based on the published CADR, which is a standardized measurement system to determine the cubic feet of clean air produced per minute.
**MERV = Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value. Describes the filter's ability to capture particles and ranges from 1 to 16. Typical fiberglass filter = MERV 1. The higher the MERV rating, the better the filtration.
***The Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) represents the cubic feet of clean air produced per minute.
